Heidi Rantala begins as the new Service Director for Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. The previous Service Director, Leena Puodinketo, is moving on to new challenges. For the past year, Heidi has served as a Customer Account Manager at Teknologiakiinteistöt and has also been involved in partnership sales for the SHIFT Business Festival.
Heidi has a strong background in business expertise, particularly in the bio-industry, and has become familiar with the services in the Science Park area over many years. She brings a strong vision that the role of office, meeting, coworking, and area services is to support the daily success of companies, communities, and people operating in the area. The goal is not just to provide services for buildings, but to develop the Turku Science Park into an even more functional environment for growth, collaboration, and new opportunities.
“I want decisions to be made based on data, not assumptions. Data helps us understand what provides the most value to the companies, people, and service providers operating in the area. This way, we can develop services that truly meet the needs of our users,” Heidi explains.
For Heidi, it is important to build an environment where the companies and communities, employees, students, and service providers operating in the area feel that they gain more value together than apart.
“At their best, services are not just support functions, but enablers of new encounters, partnerships, and business,” Heidi concludes.
